NOTE: If installing into an existing masonry fireplace, please note that the firebox will need to sit off your hearth a minimum of 2.375" to compensate for the lower portion of the trim. In doing this, it is important to ensure the top of the unit does not become too snug to the top of your opening which could prevent proper ventilation to the intake vents.
