This Marshall JCM800 Head was produced in 1982 right at the beginning of the heavy metal movement while the period-correct matching JCM 800 1960 4x12 cabinet comes from the year 1987. This head is a clean example and retains most of its original parts, such as the power transformers, caps & resistors while the output transformer has been replaced with a Hammond replacement made in Canada. The cabinet retains all of its original Celestion G12T-75 speakers with a date code of KV0710 dating the speakers to 1987.

This Marshall JCM 800 Head & Cabinet is in very good condition. The head has one small tear at the top left corner. The back of the cabinet head has a few tears on the lower side and the under carriage has multiple tears and scratches.
